In the organiser's words

What the official page says.

Quoted from gottliebfoundation.org and checked on 24 August 2026. This is the organiser's description, reproduced as captured. It has not been through the evidence checks that produced the figures above.

The Gottlieb Foundation gives one-time assistance for a specific emergency such as fire, flood or emergency medical need, and states plainly that the programme has no deadlines. Completed applications are reviewed in roughly four weeks. Requests for dental work, chronic situations, capital improvements, projects, general indebtedness or unemployment are not considered, and the annual budget is capped — once reached, no further requests are judged that year.
